We want more design freedom!

The requirement from GP Tours was clear: They wanted more flexible and dynamic design when presenting their Formula 1 Tours on web! New WordPress templates offer smooth and dynamic design for optimal user experience, but these are stand-alone solutions and are not built with office booking systems in mind. The challenge therefore was to build a solution that both is flexible in use and where everything practical still works as it should.

Integrating to Travelize

GP Tours was using the Swedish Travelize platform for bookings: Bookings, prices, availability, payments etc. Travelize offer their own web front end, but also offer an API to support integration to 3^rd party front ends. Understanding and integrating two new data structures always takes some effort and testing back and forth, but it worked out well. To support all needs for GP Tours, also a few new services had to be developed.

Now GP Tours can play with (almost) all the WordPress design Tools they like, without compromising their booking system.
